The conditions that apply to using glucotidez.com and to ordering Glucotide through it.
1. Agreement
Using this site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or place an order through it.
2. Who may order
Orders are accepted from adults aged 18 or over with a shipping address in the United States, including military and diplomatic addresses. Orders to addresses outside the United States are cancelled and refunded rather than shipped.
3. Product information
Product pages are written from the manufacturer record and checked before publication. Where the manufacturer does not publish a figure, this site says so rather than estimating. Packaging and label wording can change between production runs, and the panel on the bottle you receive is the authoritative document.
4. No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Glucotide is a dietary supplement. Statements about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Anyone taking prescribed medication should consult a doctor or pharmacist before adding it.
5. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, with no subscription and no recurring billing. We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships, in which case the order is cancelled and refunded in full rather than charged at the wrong price. Acceptance of an order happens when the parcel is dispatched.
6. Intellectual property
The text, layout and images on this site belong to Callowfield Supply Group, LLC except where they are supplied by the manufacturer. Glucotide is a trademark of its manufacturer, used here as an authorized distributor. Copying pages from this site for a competing storefront is not permitted.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stock is limited by the size of each production run, and a run can sell out before the next one is released.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability for any claim relating to a product bought through this site is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
