Shipping and returns inside the US
When a Glucotide parcel leaves, how long it takes, what it costs, and how a return is handled when one is needed.

Dispatch and tracking
Orders that clear before 2pm Central ship the same day, and everything else ships the next business day. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel, not when the label is printed, which is why it sometimes arrives a few hours after the confirmation. Average delivery across orders placed through this desk is 3.1 days.
Where we ship
All fifty states, plus military and diplomatic addresses. We do not ship outside the United States. An international order is cancelled and refunded in full rather than dispatched, because the lot documentation and the refund terms on this portal are written for US parcels.
Discretion
Parcels go out in plain outer packaging with the distributor name on the label. Nothing about the product appears on the outside of the box.
If a parcel is late, lost or damaged
Late: give the carrier one extra business day, then email the desk and we will open a trace. Lost: after seven business days with no scan, a replacement ships at our cost. Damaged: send a photo the same day and a replacement goes out without a return. None of these count against the 60-day refund window.
Returns
Returns run through the refund process rather than a separate returns portal. Email [email protected] for a return reference, write it on the parcel, and send it to the address the desk supplies. Return postage is the customer's cost. Do not send a parcel back without a reference, because an unlabelled box cannot be matched to an order.
