What glucotidez.com collects when you order Glucotide, why, how long it is kept and who else sees it.
1. Who we are
Callowfield Supply Group, LLC, 1140 North Main Street, Suite 4, Oshkosh, WI 54901, is the controller of personal data collected through this site. Contact [email protected] with any privacy question.
2. What we collect
When you place an order: name, shipping address, email address and phone number. Payment card details are entered on the payment processor's page and are never stored on our systems or visible to the desk. When you browse: standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
3. Why we collect it
To ship the parcel, to answer support and refund requests, to keep the accounting records required by law, and to detect fraudulent orders. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
4. Who else sees it
The carrier receives the name and address needed to deliver. The payment processor receives the details needed to take payment. The manufacturer receives aggregate order volumes and never receives customer names or addresses. No other third party receives personal data unless a court order requires it.
5. How long it is kept
Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Email addresses used only for a refund request are deleted with the correspondence.
6. Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A single session storage entry records that you dismissed the offer bar, so it stays dismissed while the tab is open. It contains no personal data and disappears when you close the browser.
7. Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal retention obligation applies. Write to [email protected] and the desk will respond within 30 days. California residents may also request the categories of information collected and confirmation that it has not been sold, which it has not.
8. Children
Glucotide is sold to adults. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
Material changes to this notice are posted on this page with a new date. This version is current as of August 2026.
